Between 1984 and 1988, he was a systems engineering consultant to the Federal Aviation Agency (FAA) on the Advanced Automation System (AAS) project to modernize the country's air traffic control system. Expert has made significant contributions in the design and development of weapons systems, military and commercial satellites, missile-launching systems, telecommunications networks, and data processing operations: 1) He was the laboratory director responsible for the development and integration of worldwide USAF satellite tracking stations comprising tracking, telemetry and commanding systems. 2) He was an advanced technology researcher of submarine ballistic missile launching systems using advanced mathematics and computer simulations. 3) He was the information systems manager of the first USAF defense communications satellite network development and deployment. 4) He was the technical advisor of military satellite orbital operations (command and control) at the USAF Satellite Test Center in Sunnyvale, California and its worldwide network. 5) He was a senior systems engineer to statistically evaluate ballistic missile impact accuracy, decoy dispersions, radar tracking accuracy, and as range safety advisor during missile launch and satellite operations at Vandenberg Air Force Base (WTR), California. 6) He was a systems engineer and project manager for all of the following: the integration of avionics systems on Navy S-3A carrier-based anti-submarine warfare jet and Lockheed L-1011 commercial aircraft, command and control operations on Navy DD-963 advanced destroyers, USAF worldwide satellite tracking network, and technology transition of Federal Aviation Agency air traffic management systems.
