Expert has spent his career involved in the design of electronic systems and products used in military, industrial, and consumer applications. He has specialized in digital hardware design from 1951 to 1974 and in digital and computer (microprocessor) hardware and software design from 1974 to the present.
Expert is involved with IBM PCs 100 percent of his professional time. Since 1983, he has specialized in IBM PC XT/AT, 386/486, Pentium/power PC hardware and software configuration; installation of hardware and software; and scientific, business, and office applications. Expert can provide PC support services and training in computer literacy. He is an authorized reseller of computers, supplies, peripherals, software, and accessories for over 25 major national distributors.
Expert is knowledgeable of spreadsheet packages and can provide support and training in Lotus 1-2-3 and Excel.
Expert has been developing turnkey, menu driven database systems for a wide variety of businesses and individuals since 1983 using dBase, Clipper, Foxbase, and FoxPro development systems.
Expert conducts word-processing training sessions and has used WordPerfect and Microsoft Word since they were available to the public. He is also knowledgeable of WordStar.
Expert also has expertise in Windows graphical user interface. He has conducted training in Windows 3.0, Windows 3.1, Windows 95, and Windows for Workgroups, as well as spreadsheets, database design, and DOS.

He is proficient with software languages and tools, CASE, multiplatform support, networking, X terminal, translators, converters, LAN, WAN, and Apple Macintosh hardware-software conversion, all variations of UNIX O.S., PCMCIA, and multimedia.
The first part of Expert's career was as an electronics engineer specializing in digital circuit, logic, system design, product design and engineering, testing, and installation. The second part of his career has been in personal computers as a consultant, where he specializes in database design and computer support including installation, troubleshooting, training, network support, and software documentation.
Expert has an extensive and up-to-date collection of catalogs and literature covering the electronic component, product, and instrument fields as well as the personal computer network, hardware, and software fields. He claims he "can track down just about anything a client might require in electronics or computers." He has created a computerized database of personal computers-related information (software and hardware) with a subject search feature allowing him to respond quickly to PC related questions. He has access to information on scanners and scanning procedures involving photos, documents, and OCR issues.

In an area of secondary expertise, Expert has knowledge of supplements, herbs, and homeopathic and holistic medicine. He has developed an herbal database with search features on ailments and can produce a list of herbs for virtually any affliction. The database contains other supplements such as vitamins, minerals, homeopathic medications and bee products, and can be modified and added to.
