Summary of Expertise:

Listed with other top experts in:

Expert conducted doctoral research in business ethics, with particular focus on the ethics of information systems consulting. He was drawn to this topic based upon his years as an IS consultant, and his observation of the prevalence of disappointment and frustration arising from too many IS/IT projects. Expert advocates a community-based approach to virtue ethics based upon Aristotle, and closely linked to the real lives of consultants and their clients.

He combined this research with practical experience as a consultant and researcher, and now leads the Expert's Firm. Expert now helps clients develop strategic approaches to organizational improvement designed to acheive commercial goals and improved social responsibility.

The key to this integration is an orgational commitment to invest in its relationship with stakeholders: owners/shareholders, employees, customers, vendors and partners, and the communities in which a firm does business. Investing in these relationships in ways that make commercial sense results in a stronger, better performing, and more ethical and socially responsible enterprise. Expert is committed to helping clients achieve this strategic transformation.
