As Director of Quality Management there, she successfully implemented a certified quality management system within their various European plants. She has excellent knowledge of European food law and has specific knowledge of multi-language labeling requirements for over 25 different countries. Her European labeling expertise is particularly strong for baked goods, sweets, ice cream, and chocolates in Germany, France, and Benelux. Her labeling expertise in the U.S. is in mandatory FDA labeling requirements. She is certified as a DGQ-Audit Specialist by the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Qualität. She holds an M.S. degree in Food Technology Engineering from the Technical University of Munch and an MBA degree from George Mason University.
