Expert was the Project Manager for a company for the design of the infrastructure and relocation of all equipment to new 150,000 square foot manufacturing facility. The project included the management of all outside engineering firms, purchasing of new equipment, managed rigging contractor and establishing a new IT system. He also did the preliminary design of a fiber cement manufacturing facility for a leading building products company in Pennsylvania. He also was responsible for the construction of new $615,000 residential home in West Knoxville.
