Consulting Services:
Selected Consulting Examples:
  • Consultant prepared a 70-page government report that identified key problems for a Rx company. This formal report summarized the critical steps needed to be taken by the company's executives for the enterprise to continue. The organization and management issues required senior members to address serious problems by strict deadlines.
  • Consultant was brought in to identify the overall operations of a troubled manufacturing business that was losing skilled employees to a competitor. A formal questionnaire was prepared and 40 employees were interviewed in an effort to discover organization and management issues. This project was extended from 3 days to 12 as senior management decided to turn their company operations around through a series of town hall meetings where they addressed their management shortcomings, errors and mistakes.
  • Consultant was brought in to company whose operations had been plagued by technical problems. In developing an appropriate approach to take regarding laboratory issues, the consultant found that the Chief Scientific Officer of the company was misleading management on specific lab tests. Consultant visited labs, conducted tests and performed inquiries of lab personnel that soon revealed duplicity and falsification of certain serological assay parameters by the Chief Scientific Officer.
  • Consultant was brought in to develop a new laboratory for DNA tests. Within one year of this assignment, the lab was on line and soon developed a notable track record with more than $1 million in revenues. Consultant found a key flaw in a DNA test that required another client to completely revamp an FDA application scheduled for submission.
  • Consultant identified a key problem at the Harvard Medical School for a multinational company. Operations in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania had to then be completely re-organized when the consultant contacted the Ombudsman about a specific problem that was brought to his attention. Nation-wide marketing for this same company was re-organized when the scientific expertise of leadership came into question by the consultant.
