She has worked closely with clients to establish and maintain compliance with federal and state employment legislation, including the American with Disabilities Act (ADA) and the Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA). Services include Return to Work (RTW) programs, modified / alternative work assessments, and development of essential function job analyses.
