Management responsibilities for a 600+seat national mail order medical supply call center. Joined the company as part of the senior management team that grew the organization from $20 million to $80 million in 2 ½ years. Built Liberty Respiratory Mail Order Pharmacy Division. Created and managed quality improvement customer satisfaction division. Responsible for call center monitoring, training and educational programs, which monitored over 600 seats.

Developed and implemented company corporate compliance programs, served as Compliance Officer for 2 Years. Developed managed care sales & marketing program. Responsible for education/training departments, insurance verification& physician review teams, and created. Managed Purchasing – Distribution/Fulfillment Department and Mail Services, which processed over 3 million documents. Created ACT, a regional call center (Accessible Care Together) Network, which was a centralized referral network. Coordinated the project, which managed over fifty health related companies in the Long Island, New York Region. Organized the caller's (case managers, discharge planners, general public, etc.) access to home; x-ray, nursing, labs, speech, chiropractic, podiatry, Dr.'s - general medicine, social workers, DME and more. Initiated & coordinated the private placement stock option plan that included negotiations with venture capital firms. Founded as a start up company as a specialized pediatric home care medical equipment company.

Directed numerous JCAHO accreditation processes. Developed the company's CQI and policy manuals. Implemented the company's computer billing/systems. Negotiated all the company's banking and finance contracts, including SBA loans. Developed the company from a one-man operation to a seven-figure revenue company with over twenty five employees. Initiated and negotiated the sale and merger with Mather Hospital/Allied Medco.
