Summary of Expertise:

Listed with other top experts in:

Expert has deep experience in manufacturing and understands all the pieces of the puzzle that create value in a manufacturing and automation environment. Expert applies a consultative problem-solving approach that evaluates the value-added contribution of each activity involved in an automation and manufacturing conversion process and then helps to design a solution that improves productivity and overall operational performance while achieving optimal capital deployment. This goal requires the integration of lean manufacturing best practices and flexible/agile automation.

Expert believes that the best cost-to-value solution requires two critical factors for sucess: first, the design or improvement of the existing manufacturing process by identifying the related improvement opportunities that result in incremental cash flow. Second, the automation of the improved process by utilizing technologies and equipment that deliver manufacturing flexibility and agility which maximize the return-on-invested-capital.
