Handled hiring jobs of all operations personnel and managed a remote district office. Served as liaison between customers' contractors and company headquarters. Coordinated emergency work outages, disaster response operations, and new construction projects. Involving logistics for cooperative crews engineers outside contractors and right of way contractors. Managed and operated JOC during emergency situations. Involving different regional districts and out of state crews and contractors. Also, had to coordinate often with Fire, Law Enforcement, State and Local DOT Offices, Emergency Medical, other Utilities, and other responders. Managed logistical concerns during emergency and day to day operations, warehousing and equipment, meals and housing for crews, transportation, and medical care as needed. Handled supervision of the day to day operations connected with running an office with 25 employees. Developed company wide safety programs that are still in use.
