He has been involved in all aspect of electric-power conversion equipment design process from initial concept development to full production. He has experience with low power (1 kW to 30 kW) converter design for hi-rel aerospace and military applications as well as high power (300 kW to 1 MW) converter design practices for industrial applications. In addition he has worked on design and development of a 100 kW, 400 V rated dc-link converter for an electric vehicle application.

Expert has extensive experience with design and development of power converters utilizing mixed signal components such as microprocessors, FPGA and variety of logic as well as analog components. He has been intimately involved with printed circuit board (PCB) layout and development with an emphasis of design for manufacture (DFM), design for testing (DFT) and EMI suppression techniques.
