He started an Inpatient Hospitalist Program at his current hospital 4 years ago and still staffs the program to date. He has been very involved in quality and safety across the hospital and currently leads the peer review process.

Expert also was involved from the start with the CPOE (EMR) for a 3 hospital system at the development stage as well as the implementation stage.
