Since receiving his A.B. and Ph.D. degrees in economics from Harvard University, Expert has worked for the U.S. Government as an economist with the Millennium Challenge Corporation and taught as an Assistant Professor at Expert's Firm. While at the U.S. Government, Expert performed economic analysis and cost-benefit analysis of foreign aid projects across the developing world, including extended work in Africa on cross-functional and cross-national teams.
