Expert has been handling activities within the global regulatory and compliance landscape as he has performed these services domestically in the US as well as internationally. He also manages Supply Chain quality, regulatory and compliance projects with multiple competing priorities having a direct impact on commercial and operational efficiencies. Expert's background encompasses broad capabilities in statutory quality management systems and validation, regulatory compliance, auditing, interfacing with the regulatory agencies, managing enforcement actions and mitigating compliance exposure for companies. Courses were held for several weeks, and over a period of several years mid-90s.

2001 to 2001   Japan   Assisted the NKKK class society develop inspection procedures for vessel carriage of dangerous goods, performed requisite training in the IMDG Code and US 49 / 33 CFR applicable to same.

Addressed the Japanese Dangerous Goods Association with regards to current regulatory re-invention and the differences between the international and domestic regulatory requirements when transporting these cargoes through the US.

1999 to 2000   Puerto Rico / Carribean Basin   Performed a series of training presentations for chemical plants, and local NVOCC associations with regards to the Hazmat transportation laws and regulations of the US.
2005 to 2005   Argentina   Acted as vessel owner representative in vessel arrest and seizure of cargo due to alleged cargo claim by receiver. Vessel successfully discharged cargo, and returned to working trade without incident.
