Leaning on his extensive human factors and training design experience, his change management expertise has been developed through his involvement on a number of major UK Police Force change programmes where he has been involved in change management activities and laterly running the change team. Conducted a wide scope human performance assessment of all critical roles involved in the C3i system and supporting organisations covering issues such as process design, usability, workload, human error, environmental ergonomics and job design / shift design, change management, supervision & communications. Recommendations covering people, process & technology issues were presented to the management team.

2006 to 2006   Metropolitan Police Service (London)   Usability Consultant   Integrated Communications Control System (ICCS) will provide the Metropolitan Police with an integrated telephony, radio and CCTV control environment. Lockheed Martin are providing integration, test & acceptance expertise on this programme.

Expert conducted a task analysis, user survey, user workshops and initial usability trials, Human Error and workload assessment, detailed usability trials, physical ergonomics assessment, DDA Audit and support for User Acceptance Test (UAT).
