Her nearly three decades of experience in the field prepared her for her former work as the Vice President of Education educator for the Florida Association of Insurance Agents (FAIA) and many others. She has earned five insurance designations, two of which she authored. She has taught hundreds of courses to students in dozens of states during state association meetings, at the Independent Insurance Agents and Brokers of America's National Conference, and for the Insurance Brokers Association of Canada.
