Expert has applied her expertise in change and performance management in different environments. The majority of which is in the Refining industry. She was theme lead for the develop of competency profiles and performance management coaching training manual for management and supervisory personnel in at the Expert's Firm - Refining and Marketing Division. Expert worked closely with Shell Global Solutions during the Refining Performance Improvement project for 5 years in the capacity as Organization Development Analyst. Her main focus was to ensure that maxium benefit was gained from change efforts and relevant interventions created and applied. She was later asked to oversea the development and review of the Refinery Management System which was delivered 6 weeks ahead to schedule. When faced with the challenge of a competency gap in the re-engineering and implementation of the Management of Change process, Ms. Expert was sought after to lead. The process, though paper based, was implemented 3 weeks again of target and compliance to the system improved by 47%. Ms. Expert is also used as a facilitator for change projects and leadership development workshop, which she designs, for the Refining Management Team. Expert's strong analytical skills stems from her background in Behavioural Science and History. Her development in project management and reengineering stems from exposure to programs facilitated by the Project Management Institute and Hammer and Company.
