  • He was brought in to consult on a newly acquired Assisted Living facility. The Dining Service program was having difficulty in all phases. He worked with the Executive Director and Corporate to stabilize the kitchen so other aspects of the facility could be improved (census, nursing, marketing) Regulatory compliance was accomplished, financial tools were put in place, a new menu implemented and constant staff training. The facility is now reached its goals and moving towards success.
  • He was brought into consult in a kosher assisted living facility that was struggling with food service. He brough in new local vendors and began competitive purchasing to get food cost under control. He put in a new menu system and worked closely with the FSD on recruiting the right people.
