  • Mike provided one of his retail automotive clients with consulting services that have assisted them in their negotiations with the manufacturer to obtain additional franchises. The awarding of the franchises was conditional on substantial facilities, site control and personnel commitments. With Mike's assistance, the dealer succeeded in negotiating more reasonable terms, and is currently operating the new franchises profitably.
  • Mike was asked to assist with expert witness testimony in a lawsuit between a captive finance entity and a retail auto dealer. Mike provided industry custom and practice insight, and analysis of both manufacturer, finance company and dealer documents.
  • Mike provided consultation to an investment company that was seeking an in depth understanding of a luxury brands handling of customer retention techniques. His many years experience as a Cadillac executive provided the client with a wealth of insight.
  • Mike provided consultation advice to a consulting firm that was seeking insight into the auto parts supply chain, particularly collision parts. The consult also covered body shops, their relationship with insurance companies, and the process by which needed parts are identified, ordered and delivered.
