Publications and Patents Summary

1. A device to assist bottom hole washing and circulating out debris using coiled tubing and a jet action with balanced force nozzles.

2. A method and device improvements to deliver high amperage electric current into well systems designed to direct current into reservoir formations containing viscous heavy oil that can be stimulated thermally. 3. A device used in drilling wells to reduce back pressure on the formation, or to induce under-balance drilling. The device is placed in the drill string and requires a concentric configured drill string.

Consulting Services:
Selected Consulting Examples:
  • Designed and initiated high volume and high rate fracture treatment for a Mississippian reservoir dipping at 27 degrees. Surface pressure analysis indicated both E-W and N-S extensions were occurring in sufficiently large block sizes to be Macro features of several hundred feet separation. This data has bearing on the recovery rate of gas from a dual porosity rock system where the gas is evolved from non moveable oil.
  • Consultation with clients on management of operations in the Fort Worth Basin, and in the Texas Gulf Coast. Management of personal oil and gas investments.
Recent Client Requests:
  • Expert in Shale Gas and Fracturing.
  • Frac equipment expert for consulting on for pressure pumping, coil tubing, pump/fluid ends for the oil field service industry.
  • Houston based completion fluid expert for consulting on Completion fluid.
  • Expert for consulting on Well Stimulation Equipment Design Review.
